Outstanding! Surprised my family with the chocolate tasting/bark making experience! Christy and her daughter, Laurie, were amazing! We sat down to learn about the chocolate process… from plants to processing. Tasted different types of chocolate. Lastly made our “bark” and dipped all different kinds of things (fruits, dried fruits, etc.) in various chocolate flavors (milk, dark, semi-sweet and white). Enough chocolate and products for 9! This was followed by water, lemonade and ice cream! Atmosphere: The entire premises is pristine clean. The chocolate shop itself is well stacked with different flavors and sizes of chocolates. SUPER ALLERGY OBSERVATION… nothing is made which may cause reactions—no peanuts, fish, etc. Staff: Family owned/run business. These folks care about their products and are extremely personably. Overall: Coming from outside the state, Chamberlain’s couldn’t make it more easier to book this event (surprise birthday for my mother and family who live in-state) and been more hospitable. The experience was well worth it and I will be goin back—and ordering chocolate for shipping!

Incredible service from an incredible company run by incredible people. I have nothing but great things to say about these folks. I ordered a gift for delivery while out of country. There was an issue with the delivery service, not Chamberlains fault, when I reached out they immediately and swiftly corrected the issue the same day. They didn’t miss a beat and remade the order for me. The two down chocolate strawberries arrived in time and were perfect. They were beautiful and delicious. The care and dedication the staff went to fixing my issue was above and beyond. I will definitely be using their business again and recommending them to everyone in the Atlanta area.

Their chocolate is incredibly rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and delicious, and the overall experience is always wonderful. If you’re a chocolate lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

It was a FUN tasty Valentine’s experience! Joe and Christy were friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be not having to wait over an hour before the hands on experience started. The first hour is a lecture on the history of chocolate which is interesting but could have been incorporated throughout the session. The treats we made and decorated were delicious!

Joe and Kristy are phenomenal. They created over 1500 boxes of chocolates for our clients and partners this Christmas season. What they did was so much more than "creating" chocolate boxes. Seeing the behind-the-scenes photos of the process, the thousands of chocolates being made, the care taken with every placement, and that perfect little chocolate truck in each box was incredibly moving. It was so clear how much thought, pride, and love went into every single one. Working with Chamberlains Chocolate Factory was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Kristy and Joe are not only phenomenal business owners, but true artists and craftspeople. The level of detail, consistency, and heart they brought to the project of this scale is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you for pouring so much of yourselves into this and for being such wonderful partners along the way. We are incredibly grateful for your talent, your care, and the experience of working with your team. We will work together again! Cheers to 2026!
